Capital should follow opportunity — not process.

The conventional lending market is built for conventional transactions. Products are designed around the lender's balance sheet, credit models calibrated to the average, and timelines set by internal committee. None of that reflects the reality of how opportunities emerge and close.

Rothbury Finance was founded on a different premise: that sophisticated clients deserve sophisticated capital partners — ones who understand the nuance of a transaction, the sensitivity of the counterparties, and the urgency that most deals carry.

We are independent. We hold no preferred lender relationships that would distort our advice. We earn our position by delivering outcomes — structured correctly, priced fairly, and executed without delay.

Many of our clients have come to us after a poorly handled approach to the market exposed their intentions prematurely. In credit, information is currency. We treat it accordingly.

Our approach is to operate on a need-to-know basis at every stage. Lenders are approached anonymously where possible. Named approaches are made only when a client has confirmed a clear preference and genuine intention to proceed.
